Οι Αθηναίοι alternative rockers ayfel παρουσιάζουν το νέο τους single “Blu”. H σκηνοθεσία είναι του Δημήτρη Ανδριανού Σιδηροκαστρίτη και τα γυρίσματα έλαβαν χώρα στο Phi Factor Studio.
To “Blu” αναφέρεται στην αντίθεση μεταξύ της πραγματικότητας και της φαντασίας και πως χρησιμοποιείται αυτή για να αντιμετωπιστούν καταστάσεις που λήγουν, ανήκοντας πια στο παρελθόν. Στίχοι που αφορούν ζητήματα καρδιάς οι οποίοι συνοδεύονται από πιασάρικα κιθαριστικά leaks και μελωδικά synths.
Ένα κομμάτι που ηχητικά και συναισθηματικά κινείται ανάμεσα στους Twenty One Pilots και τους Red Hot Chili Peppers, με λεπτεπίλεπτες πινελιές που ενισχύουν τις δονήσεις που δημιουργεί το τραγούδι.
Η παραγωγή και ο σχεδιασμός του video clip έγιναν από τους Νίκο Γιαννόπουλο και Αλεξάνδρα Καψή αντίστοιχα.
To νέο single “Blu” κυκλοφορεί από τις 8 Απριλίου του 2022 και διατίθεται από την ίδια την μπάντα και όλες τις ψηφιακές πλατφόρμες.

Λίγα λόγια για την μπάντα
Οι ayfel δημιουργήθηκαν το 2018 από τους Ryan (φωνητικά), Eddie ( κιθάρες / πλήκτρα) και Ηλία (τύμπανα) στην Αθήνα, με στόχο να εξερευνήσουν τις διάφορες πτυχές του μοντέρνου rock.
Η μπάντα έχει σαφείς επιρροές από την alternative rock / metal σκηνή των δεκαετιών ’90s και ’00s (Linkin Park, Muse) αλλά πειραματίζονται με ένα πολύ ευρύτερο μουσικό φάσμα, πλαισιώνοντας έτσι τη βάση της rock / metal με στοιχεία από διαφορετικά είδη μουσικής (Twenty One Pilots, Faith No More).
Κάθε τραγούδι των ayfel διηγείται μια ξεχωριστή ιστορία, χτισμένη με βαριά riffs και grooves, “πιασάρικα” hooks, φιλοσοφημένη αρμονία, alternative hip-hop στοιχεία και μοντέρνα πλήκτρα. Οι στίχοι, κυρίως βιωματικοί, συμπληρώνουν το σύμπαν των ayfel.
